Purpose of the Internal Regulations
These internal regulations are established in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.6352-3 and R.6352-1 to R.6352-15 of the French Labour Code. They apply to all trainees for the entire duration of the training program attended.
These regulations define:
- The main health and safety measures applicable within the establishment;
- The disciplinary rules, specifically the nature and scale of sanctions applicable to trainees, as well as their rights in the event of a disciplinary procedure;
- When training takes place within a company or facility that already has its own internal regulations, the health and safety measures applicable to trainees are those of the host institution. A copy will be provided to them.

During practical internships and company-based work, the trainee remains administratively attached to the training provider. However, they will be subject to the internal regulations of the host enterprise regarding health and safety regulations.
Disciplinary Measures
A disciplinary sanction constitutes any measure, other than verbal observations, taken by the director of the training organization or their representative following conduct by the trainee considered by them to be wrongful, whether such measure immediately impacts the presence of the individual in the program or compromises the continuity of the training received.
Any behavior deemed faulty by the training organization may, depending on its nature and severity, result in one of the following sanctions in ascending order of severity:
- Written warning,
- Permanent expulsion from the training program.
Fines or other monetary penalties are strictly prohibited.
Health and Safety
The prevention of accidents and occupational illness risks is mandatory and requires everyone to strictly comply with all applicable health and safety guidelines. To this end, general and specific safety instructions in force within the organization must be observed without exception under penalty of disciplinary action.
When training is conducted at client sites, or within an external company or facility already equipped with internal regulations, the health and safety measures applicable to trainees are those of that host establishment.

These internal regulations shall take effect as of the starting date of the training course.
A copy of these regulations is delivered to the trainee prior to the commencement of their training as part of the professional training agreement or contract.
