Overview
The MSc in Management and Technology trains students to lead the commercial and operational side of a company: building a growth strategy, winning and keeping clients, managing a sales team, and running a profit centre, while building practical fluency in the digital and AI tools used in modern business. Over two years, students move from market strategy and business planning into sales execution, team leadership, and full operational management of a business unit. The qualification is recognized by the French State (RNCP, Level 7).

Key focus areas:

  • Building and executing a commercial growth strategy, from market analysis to a concrete action plan
  • Managing a sales pipeline, from prospecting through negotiation and closing
  • Leading and developing a team, including recruitment and conflict resolution
  • Running a profit centre: budgeting, compliance, performance tracking, and risk management
  • Using AI and data tools to support commercial and administrative decisions
  • Communicating and negotiating professionally, including in French and English
